30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee
If you or your pet aren't completely happy with FlurrBrush within 30 days of delivery, we'll make it right — full refund, no questions asked. We stand behind every brush we ship.
What's Covered
We accept returns on any order that meets one or more of the following:
- You or your pet are unhappy with the product for any reason within 30 days of delivery
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described
- You received the wrong item or color variant
- The product stopped working under normal use within 90 days of purchase
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@flurrbrush.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. A photo helps us resolve things faster, but is not required.
- Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with your prepaid return label (for US orders) and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at any USPS location. You'll receive tracking confirmation by email.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be issued within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If your refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days from our confirmation email, please contact us and we'll look into it immediately.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different color variant (Mint, Rose, or Pearl), we're happy to exchange it within 30 days of delivery at no extra charge. Start the same way — email us with your order number and which color you'd like instead.
Conditions
We want the return process to be as simple as possible. A few things to keep in mind:
- ✓ Accepted Used product — if FlurrBrush didn't work for your pet, that's exactly what the guarantee is for
- ✓ Accepted Missing original packaging — as long as the unit is included
- ✗ Not accepted Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery (outside our guarantee window)
- ✗ Not accepted Items that show signs of intentional damage or misuse
Damaged or Defective Items
If your FlurrBrush arrived damaged or stops working within 90 days of purchase, we'll send you a replacement at no cost. No need to return the defective unit — just email us a photo and we'll ship a new one right away.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United States, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once received, refunds are processed in the same timeline as US orders. Duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.
